Fishers, IN – The Clarke Companies, an industry pioneer in providing field-tested services in packaging, automation, validation, and serialization named Chris Carson as its Chief Financial Officer. In his role, Carson will oversee all finance and accounting operations. He will also be responsible for securing funds to facilitate growth.

Carson joins The Clarke Companies with over 16 years of experience serving as a board member, independent advisor, and as a member of management for both large, family-owned and investor-backed businesses. Mr. Carson’s most recent experience was providing CFO consulting services in merger and acquisition, financial strategy, and ERP implementation. Prior to that, he played a key role in facilitating the successful $350MM merger of maxIT Healthcare and Vitalize Consulting, forming what is today Leidos Health. Mr. Carson is a graduate of Butler University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a certified Public Accountant in the State of Indiana.
